This partially restored stone farmhouse is located in the beautiful countryside of Penna San Giovanni, in the districtof Macerata, at only a few minutes from the historic centre. The house has been restored on its structure, from the foundations to the roof and could be sold either as is or completely restored (key in hand) including a swimming pool. According to the project, the house will have a large lounge, living room with fireplace, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen-dining room on the ground floor and three bedrooms with two bathrooms on the first floor. The small outbuilding, connected to the main house by a typical stone bridge, could become a bedroom for guests or a studio with bathroom.
